Hi Deana,
I am also interested in researching my family tree, and have done really well so far!
I recommend you try the genes reunited site. You can search census records, as well as share info with others who might share Susannah your great grandmothers tree.If you are lucky you will then benefit from all their research!I hope this helps you!
Good luck.

Converted Church into a House / Family Home?
15th April 2008 / Posted on Northiam message board
Jenny Sharp:
Hello.
Does anyone know the history of a huge house in staplecross road Northiam? Was it a church at one time?
It has arched windows similar to that commonly found in a church.Living room seems to have a 'stage' as what might have been an altar?
History of this road? Did it used to have a church or abbey?
I'd love to hear from you!

Can You Offer a Home to a Small Dog?
27th July 2007 / Posted on Tenterden message board
Jenny Sharp:
I am seeking to help settle my loving and affectionate small terrier x dog (4 yrs) into a new loving home.
Would be ideal for an older person, or even a young family as he is excellent with babies and young children. Just as long as you have time to spend with him, as he hates being left and exhibits separation anxiety. Now that I work full time I am not being fair to him, and unable to give him the attention he deserves. Would want to see him settled and fully support his reintegration with his new family. If it didn't work out for you I would willingly have him back, so you have nothing to lose by trying! Contact me for a chat, where you can meet him for yourself. I'm in no rush to re home him as its more important to me to find the right family, however long this takes! Thats how much he means to me. Can supply photos of him by email if you request a genuine interest. I live in Camber and can drive.
Please consider.

Hello there Stuart and Stacey.
Welcome to Tenterden!
I can play the flute, but hardly get the chance to play as I'm so busy with work.
Might you be interested in maybe bringing something of your musical talents to the pre school I work at in Camber Sands?
We welcome artists and I particularly have an interest in music so if you might consider this please contact me.

Home Wanted for Small Dog
25th July 2007 / Posted on Pett message board
Jenny Sharp:
I have a small dog who is in need of a new home. He is 3 yrs old and extremely affecionate. He is excellent with babies and children, but exhibits separation anxiety and barks when left alone!
Ideally suited to an older couple / person who has time to spend with him.
I want to see him settled into his new home and it matters to me who he goes to.
I love him dearly but regret that I cannot keep him as his barking when left causes problems as I now work.
I hope there is smeone out there who might be interested in offerring him a new loving home.
Loving Home Wanted for Small Dog
29th May 2007
Jenny Sharp:
Hello. I am hoping to find someone who can have my small dog. He is a delightful little brindle coloured Jack Russel/Staffie. Extremely affectionate and with a lovely temerpment with children and babies.
He is quite a nervous dog and displays separation anxiety when left alone, and so barks when left alone!
I have a situation where I work long hours, and so someone needs to be able to be around all the time with him.
I think that with the right training and discipline he will learn to overcome this separation anxiety, but this will require patience and living somewhere where the noise nuisance wont cause distress to your neighbours!
I live next door to my landlords dad, and have had compliants of his barking- as you can appreciate this is not good as I may be asked to leave or my tenancy npt be renewed if I dont sort this!
Is there anyone out there who can take him on please?
Give me your email and I'll send you pics of him.
I will carefully consider any possible enquiries as he means so much to me, and am reluctantly trying to find him a loving home where he will get the attention he deserves.
I hope there is someone out there!
Thanks
Jenny

Loving Home Wanted for Small Dog
27th May 2007 / Posted on Rye message board
Jenny Sharp:
Hello. I am looking for someone to a loving home for my dog. I love him but he is so insecure that he barks (separation anxiety) when left alone.
I rent my home privately and have had a complaint from my neighbour who is also my landlord's dad! Not good!
I am out working most of the day so need someone who is going to be at home to take him in and have him as their own family pet. He has a lovely little nature, really affectionate and excellent with babies and young children.
Would suit an older person(s) or a family where they are there at home during the day.
He is a 4 yr old small brindle coloured dog, Jack Russel / Staffie cross. Build of a JR, slender and small framed.
Reward for person who genuinely can give him a kind loving secure home. I love him but cannot keep him.
Thanks.
Jenny
Babysitter
27th May 2007 / Posted on Rye message board
Jenny Sharp:
Hello Emma.
I am registered as a baby sitter with an agency called 'sitters' which cover this area, as well as nationaly!
Ring 'sitters' on 0800 38 900 38
and they will send you a pack. There is a small charge as a parent to join, but once a member you can ring anytime to book a baby sitter. Its better this way as then all parties are covered by their insurance, rather than doing it personally.
Thanks
